Agent-mediators in Media-on-demand Eletronic Commerce

This paper explores the requirements and issues related to media-on-demand electronic commerce using agents as mediators in the customer-to-business and business-to-business relations and propose an architecture for multi-agent systems acting on a wide range of situations. Agent technology is suitable since media-ondemand is a personalised service by nature. The agents' roles are examined in the context of a Consumer Buying Behaviour (CBB) model.
